Who operates this website
Nommow is the trading brand of Naktublak LLC. We operate remotely. Our mailing address is 1309 Coffeen Avenue, STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. This is a mailing address, not a client-facing office.
When you send an enquiry
We collect your name, work email, company, optional website, selected service and message. We also record the page and language used, submission time and your confirmation of this notice. We use these details to review your request, respond and manage the relationship. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.
Storage and access
Enquiries and internal follow-up notes are stored in the website’s private database on our hosting infrastructure. Dashboard access is limited to Hamza and Abass. The hosting providers process data to operate and secure the service, which may involve processing outside your country. We do not sell enquiry data.
Newsletter and digital guides
If you choose to subscribe, we send your email address to our existing newsletter signup system operated by Naktublak LLC. This is separate from a project enquiry. We use temporary keyed hashes to limit abuse. You can ask us to remove your subscription through the contact page. Digital-guide purchases take place on Stripe using our existing Naktublak merchant account; we do not receive or store your card details on this website.
Booking a call and essential technology
The embedded calendar is provided by Cal.com and loads when you approach it or choose a booking link. Cal.com handles the information you enter to book a meeting under its own privacy policy. Staff sign in with their work email and password. A secure, essential session cookie keeps authorised staff signed in for up to eight hours. Our form uses short-lived keyed hashes of network and email information to limit abuse; raw IP addresses are not stored in the enquiry database. GA4 is not installed on this website.
Retention and your requests
We keep enquiry information while it is needed to respond and manage our business relationship, and where required for legal or contractual obligations. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your enquiry information, or ask a privacy question, through the contact form by choosing “Privacy request”, or by writing to our mailing address. We review requests according to applicable requirements.
